For non-insured, your membership includes discounted comprehensive labs for advanced testing, ongoing medical care for 12 months, a personalized health improvement plan with supplement recommendation and protocol, as well as a self paced natural health program built to help support you on your health and wellness journey.

Meet your provider
Candace Nicoleau is the co-founder and CEO of Be Totally Well, an integrated wellness center located in Long Island. She completed her bachelor degree at Long Island University and went on to receive her Master of Science Degree in Nursing specializing in Adult-Gerontological health at Stonybrook University.
Candace is board Certified Nurse Practitioner and also carries certifications in health and wellness coaching , and is an ISSA Certified Personal trainer. She has background in certification in herbal medicine, integrative cancer therapies and nutrition, and implements a systems- biological approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease and integrates lifestyle and nutrition in her practice of medicine to treat and manage chronic illnesses.
